Will Gallon, Director, Investments

Will Gallon joined Gideon in 2023 as an Investment Analyst Intern, where he conducted analyses of investment opportunities, assisted with financial reports, and supported senior analysts. His strong performance led to a promotion to Research Analyst, and eventually to Director of Investments. In this role, he collaborates with Co-Founder Edwin Kispert on outreach and business development, focusing on identifying investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.

Originally from Los Angeles, Will earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Williams College, consistently making the Dean's List. Outside work, he enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with his dogs.

Will maintains his CFA Level 1 designation and holds a Series 7 and 66 securities license.
